Project System Management & Review

We set up a company-wide project system in Asana so all internal projects and future ideas (excluding job delivery work) are organized at a high level, easy to find, and properly maintained. We train the Admin to create and manage projects correctly and to run a weekly project review that keeps everything updated, relevant, and moving forward—so no projects are forgotten, stalled, or living only in people’s heads.

Process Workflow in Asana

We document your process and set up a simple, ready-to-use Process Foundation Template in Asana, then train you to manage and maintain it as real, actionable tasks. This is not an automation-heavy or agency-style build—the focus is on processes that are easy to use, easy to maintain, and reflect how work actually happens, without relying on memory, static documents, or complex automations.
